PT. Kindai Technology is a Coil Processing Steel Center Factory that provides service such as Slitting Metal, Shearing Metal, Stamping Metal and supply various kind of metal material to Automotive Industry, Home Appliance Industry, Roofing and Truss Industry and few others industry.
We are located in Jl. Gaharu Blok F2 No. 02 D, Delta Silicon II Industrial Park, Lippo Cikarang-Bekasi 17550 and we are looking for Department Head (Plant Head or Manager) that match with the following requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a excellent quality of product during the production process.
- Maintaining Employee Productivity.
Requirements:
- Male, Age between 32 – 38 Years Ancient.
- Min. S1, Majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Degree.
- Min. 3 Years experience as Plant Manager or Head Manufacture Department specializes in Manufacturing or Production Operation or Equivalent.
- Attractive Appearance.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation knowledge.
- Have Strong leadership and Analytical knowledge.
- Excellent Understanding in General Production Process.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Capable of Using Computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Other Program)
- Average Understanding of English.
- Speaking, Listening and Writing.
- Have a excellent personality and motivation to work.
