Responsibilities:
- Translate documents and letters, and be the interpreter from English to BI and vice versa.
- Take down the minutes and follow up on outstanding matters.
- To accompany Chairman in any events or business trips, and later as you become more familiar with the business, you can help Chairman write and organize his speeches relevant to the specific audiences.
- To arranging hotel, transportation, meal, etc.
Requirements:
- Female, age maximum 30 years ancient.
- Willing to traveling and excellent in public speaking.
- Creative, pay attention to details, works quick, work smart, very excellent with the computer and willing to place in long hours when necessary.
- Personable, healthy, pleasant in appearance and be positively minded.
- Excellent hearted nature to like and care for others, putting others before self, always humble and likes to serve
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is very vital
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
