Factory Manager
(Jakarta – Bogor)
Responsibilities:
- To manage factory and be fully responsible for production, product development, materials store, production control, engineering services and personnel departments.
- To manage factory in the most cost-effective manner via high efficiency, effective waste control, maximum utilization of resources and prudent management.
- To lead and motivate management team and workers towards high performance culture via company core values to achieve company vision and mission.
- To continuously improve systems, quality and work processes via innovation, creativity and better technology.
- Well-versed in ISO 9001:2000 to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved at all levels.
- To have close rapport with all head-office departments especially Marketing, Purchasing, Plotting & Logistics, Finance and HRD to meet annual budgets.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bogor.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- English (is a Must), Mandarin (advantage)
