HR Training Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Preferable Male, Unmarried, Maximum age 35 years ancient.
  • Hold S1 degree in All Major or related field
  • At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having excellent interpersonal and communication skill, dynamic, confidence and analytical thinking
  • Highly driven and full initiative
  • Computer literate MS Office, Accounting Software
  • Fluently English both oral & written
  • Mastered the concept of Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM)
  • Ability to analyze the training needs and evaluate training
  • Liked the field work and travel
