Injection Molding Technician
(Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving production target as required by company
- Responsible for implement of ISO 9001:2008
- Responsible for implement of Lean Enterprise Program
- Responsible for managing peoples in order to achieve the company goals
Job Scope :
- Responsible for implement production process as follow ISO 9001:2008 standard
- Responsible for implement of Production Set Up as follow ISO 9001 : 2008
- Implement Lean Enterprise Program
Requirements:
- University degree ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years hands on experience in international manufacturing companies, familiar plastic production and consumer packaging industry preferred
- Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, QMS
- Decisive, excellent interpersonal communication skills, enjoys to drive changes
- Team player, strong sense of responsibility and accountability towards delivery of Total Productive Maintenance objectives
- Hard work and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English
