Packaging Supervisor
(Banten – Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the packaging department.
- Ensure the quality of the products are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of the operations and also contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality.
- Ensure the achievement of KPI’s (Line performance, Energy consumptions, Packaging Material Losses, etc.) through TPM approach.
- Ensure the adherence of safety procedures.
- Takes all measures and control the quality and timely daily production reports (downtime reports, water and other materials consumption report) as well as right transmission within the brewery.
Requirements:
- University graduates from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machines
- Min. 3 years of solid experiences in packaging
- Familiar in Quality Management System is essential
- Familiar and practicing of TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, SAP
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written (reporting)
- Excellent problem solving capabilities.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Excellent Team player and able to lead TPM Team
- High potential for further developments.
