We are presently hiring for the following positions:

Pastry (all position)

(Aceh, Bali, Bangka Belitung, Banten, Bengkulu, Gorontalo, Jakarta Raya, Jambi, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Lampung, Maluku, Maluku Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Papua, Riau, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara, Sumatera Barat, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara, Yogyakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Work with the pastry chef or head pastry in the pastry shop or specialty galley.
• Assists with transportation of food items from the main store to the galley.
• Duties include the cleaning and sanitizing working area and working utensils following the united State public Health rules and regulations and all times.
• Will be assigned from time to time in an early standby in the specialty galley for USPH purpose or helping in the breakfast service.
• Is aware of,and/or buys the necessary knowledge to comply with the ship’s standard operation,in order to help guest.
• Attends meetings,training activities,courses and all other work-related active

Requirements:

• Min 21 years ancient
• Ability to speaking, writing and reading in English >7
• Experience min. 2 years for the same position
• Available to traveling around the world up to 60%
• Education SMU + experience, Food and Beverage Academy, Hotel and Tourism Academic
• Willing to work at sea (Cruise Ship) for 6 month or more
• Skill and knowledge = intermediate and up
• Knowledgeable western food
• Fine dining room experience/hotel/restaurant
• Shipboard experienced (recommended)
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
