Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:
- The Personal Assistant would serve as the extended office of the Director. The position liaise with all the Managers and staff to make sure company procedures are implemented and workflow process run smoothly by following up requests of the Director.
- She has to make sure all requests are executed during the absence of the Director.
- The Personal Assistant would help on the day to day general functions of the Director Director’s desk. Writing business correspondences, and maintain close & confidential relationship with various partners.
Requirements:
- Female, age between 26-28 years ancient, brilliant spoken and written English, advantage as well as brilliant computer skills.
- Bachelor or Diploma in Secretarial / Finance/ Business with minimum 3 (three) years of hands-on experience at the same position.
- Experienced in taking care of secretarial and administrative tasks starting from incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing, up to related office administration
- A customer-oriented person who has capability in handling any level of positions, energetic, dynamic, creative, and get used to work within quick pace working environment under tight deadlines and with demanding persons.
- Suitable profile: presentable, mature, independent and reliable.
- Able to perform under pressure and committed to meet datelines
- Willing to Flexible time
