The serving will conduct monthly review of branch operations and wealth management products. This will include designing new or revised procedures for branch operations and wealth management products such as liability, investment and bancasssurance with sufficient controls available in the process-document.

To ensure the process is administered appropriately, you will conduct 90 days post-implementation review. This will also aid in smooth implementation of the processes.

Requirements:

• Ideally, you will bring to business 2 years experience within Banks or Credit Card business along with experience in implementing business process improvements. Experience in managing change in a business environment will be appreciated. Brilliant analytical and problem solving skills will be essential. The ability to communicate technical reasoning in a clear and concise manner to Senior Management and business colleagues will prove advantageous.
