We are one of the quick growing fertilizer manufacturing and trading company at Surabaya. Now, we are looking for highly motivated and competent personal to join our team. This following position are to be based in Surabaya.
Production Staff
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya)
Requirements:
- Male or Female (Bachelor degree of Chemical engineering from reputable university)
- Have working experience min 1 years in Fertilizer industry in production area
- Computer (Microsoft office and basic statistic) and English communication is preferred.
- Can work as team or independent & under pressure, confidence and also hard worker.
- Familiar with Total Performance Management (TPM), and manufacturing management
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication skills and brilliant conflict management.
- Able to develop factory procedure to make best standardization
- Familiar or have basic knowledge about Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2008.
