Qualifications :

  • Female age not more than 35 years ancient
  • Minimum Diploma ( D3 ) Degree Secretarial
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Secretary
  • Fluent in English ( oral & written )
  • Excellent at doing secretarial task, such as office administration ,scheduling Director meeting, task plotting etc.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office , internet and Email
  • Excellent interpersonal, outgoing and excellent communication skills.
  • Attractive and excellent appearance
  • Able to work under pressure.
