Travel Consultant

Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Hold min Diploma Degree, Abacus Certificate, IATA Certificate, ANY education background
- Minimum 2 years experiences working in travel agent at same position
- To operate all international & domestic reservation system
- Team work, working under pressure
- Excellent communication in English
- To attend walk in customers travel request / flight itinerary
- To work out the travel routes and schedules for customers
- To prepare necessary administrative works
- Provide flight bookings and reservations services to customers
- Customer complain resolution
