P.T. A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia is one of the subsidiary company of A.W. Faber-Castell, AG Germany, which has been established since 1761, as a pioneer of stationery industry in the world, producing the wooden-case pencils for the office, school, technical drawings and arts with “Faber-Castell” brand, which comply with Faber-Castell International Standards.
P.T. A.W. Faber-Castell Indonesia was established on December 10, 1990. The factory is located in Bekasi and the land is about 30,000 m2, the building is about 20,000 m2, and with about 625 employees.
Its annual production capacity 2.4 million grosses (345.6 million pieces) of black leads and colour Pencils. Based on Job order production system, the company supplies all kind of products under the brand name of Faber-Castell and also OEM business. Our products are distributed by sister company of Faber-Castell group and authorized agent, both locally and internationally. Our largest market is Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe. Currently we supply to our local market around 20% of our total sales. The company’s target is to be the leader in local market for wooden pencil in medium to premium class.
Faber-Castell philosophy is keeping up our outstanding quality, social and environmental responsibility. The Company always makes sure that all products comply with safety and health regulation such as the European Standard EN 71, continuously improve safety and health at work and also develop and produce safety products to customer and also give minimum impact to environment. The Company obtained Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001 in 2002 and Environmental Management System Certificate ISO 14001 in 2003. In 2008 we also obtained FSC-CoC Certificate FSC-STD-40-004. This achievement encourages us to keep improving our quality and placing particular emphasis on protecting the environment as well.

Production Section Head for Raw Pencil Process (code: Head-RP)
(Jawa Barat – Bekasi)
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age 25-30 years ancient
- Minimum Diploma III Polytechnic + graduated bachelor degree of Wood/Manucfacture/Production/Mechanical Engineering.
- Have work experience min. 3 years on relevant field and have position being head of the first line
- Able to operate Machinetools machineries and CNC programming system
- Mastering technical drawing ISO standard.
- Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. Plus point for candidate who able to use PLC, ProEng, Solid Work, Catia, 3Dmax, etc.
- Able to speak and write in English, and able to know German language is a plus point.
