Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:
- Source for quotations for consumables office supplies, office equipments or other related services (such as building and maintenance, A&P items)
- Measure market competitiveness and identify alternative competitive source
- Ensure that purchasing processes/procedures are in accordance with internal guidelines
- Place orders and monitor of deliveries against supplier’s order, invoices and perform goods receipt
- Maintain proper records of buy, quotations/sources, suppliers information and administrations
- Monitor and implement purchasing processes to achieve effective buy workflow
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or equivalent
- Independent and resourceful with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and self-motivated
- Proficient in MS Office applications is a Must
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Purchasing fields
- Preferably with SAP knowledge
