Corporate Secretary and Administrative Assistant
Requirement:
- Female, max. 30 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in related field
- Graduated from a reputable Secretarial Academy
- Brilliant administration job and computer skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and analytical)
- Independent and trustworthy person
Job Description:
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery and equipment supplies
- Managing petty cash
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Liaison with internal and external contacts
- Operate office equipment
- Deal directly with customers/vendors either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer/vendor inquiries
- Has intimate knowledge of the customers needs and has empathy for the customers situation
- Has a “thick skin” and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers/vendors
- Willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer (not a “job-hopper”)
