Responsibilities:
- To handle administrative tasks for the organization. Will be directly to a company president, CEO, or other corporate executive. The position required to perform basic clerical duties like typing invoices, answering phone calls, handling outgoing and incoming mail, accountable for taking minutes or notes at vital meetings to more sophisticated tasks.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Secretarial Task, Office Administration System
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience working in High Senior Level for multinational company, group holding company.
- Experience working for Board of Directors and Senior Managerial is a must.
