Head of Corporate Secretary
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Board of Director (BOD), this position will manage a large and talented legal team and oversee corporate legal transaction (asset buy transactions, debt financings, commercial disputes and also contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age around 40 years ancient, min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law from reputable University
- Experience as Corporate Secretary at least 10 years, preferably in a Mining / Shipping / Trading company
- Preferable from public company
- Possess extensive experience in successfully negotiating and drafting various documents covering complex asset buy transactions, debt financings, commercial contracts and corporate compliance
- Expected to hold in depth, practical knowledge of company law and capital market regulations, should be familiar and experienced dealing with property – related legal issues : leasing, permitting and national, regional & local government regulations
- Strong organizational skills and possesses a history of managing a team of fellow attorneys & legal employees
- Should be able to work both independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations
- Proficient in MS Office & internet application
- Brilliant English proficiency (both oral and written)
