Hotel System Trainer
Roles include:
- Work as part of a team delivering hotel technology solutions
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Deliver system training in various methods (online or offline)
- Oversee training effectiveness and perform Training Needs Analysis
- Provide solutions to problems arise in the system implementation
- Build and maintain excellent relationship with clients
Requirements:
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills
- MUST be able to communicate in English, both verbal and written
- Brilliant documentation skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- experience within a very technical environment
- experience in hospitality /online travel industry
- Proactive, quick learner and able to work independently and in a team
- Able to travel to a variety of locations (possibility of international travel)
