Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Maximum age 40 years ancient
  • Minimum S1 in any discipline from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years experience as MR Manager or Help Manager, experiences in Manufacturing company is an advantage
  • Having an experience to conduct Management Review effectively, and well know how to internalize Quality Objective
  • Highly motivated, discipline, hard working, able to work under pressure and target oriented
  • Having strong leadership and people management skill
  • Excellent initiative and judgment
  • Brilliant problem solving, analytical and conceptual skill
  • English and Computer literate
