Personal Assistant
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine secretarial (i.e correspondence, preparing memo, etc) and office administration activities effectively in order to support designated divisions in performing day-to-day operational activities effectively and timely.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree in secretary
- At least 1 years experience as secretary/personnel assistant
- Excellent computer skills, minimal in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Access)
- Fluent in written and spoken in english
- Have pleasant personality and strong communication skills
