PPIC SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Review sales forecast regularly, adjust the required capacity & prepare revised schedule.
- Arrange scheduling for production process.
- Prepare shipment schedule, in appropriate with customer to be submitted to Marketing department.
- Control daily activity of production process, up to delivery to FG Warehouse.
- Coordinate with the production dept, in controlling abnormality of goods.
- Coordinate with other department to prepare production plot for new device or new package.
- Plotting Material & supporting material used based on production schedule (MRP).
- To ensure that all raw materials bought are well plotted and scheduled in order to prevent high stock or discontinuity of production
- Monitor and review issue of material to production/supplier including material on over consumption.
- Follow up to supplier : ETA material & Supporting material
- Coordinate with the production dept and Accounting dept, in controlling abnormality of used material (daily, weekly, monthly).
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age between 26-40 years ancient
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree from all of Engineering major
- Having min 5 years exeprience in same position
- English is active written and spoken
- Willing to be located in Cileungsi Bogor
