Qualification :
- He/ She shall responsible to handle Production Plotting & Warehousing activity, including material forecasting, inventory and 5S in warehouse and Evaluate Efficiency, Reject Rate, Delivery Target and Quality. Increase through place, Reduce WIP and Reduce Operating Expenses. Analyze daily problem and make action plot.
General Requirements:
- S1/D3 Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering background from reputable university.
- Experience minimum 2 years in similar position.
- Expertise in Printing or Injection Process.
- Excellent knowledge in SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Familiar with Process Flow Diagram, FMEA, GRR, Capability Analysis and Improvement.
- Excellent communication skill and able to train operators and inspector.
- Must familiar with ISO 9000 system, TQM, Lean or Six Sigma.
- Must Familiar with Military Standard and Testing Method. (QA)
- Able to operate Minitab (QA)
- Excellent knowledge in Compressor, Chiller and Electrical. (Production)
- Understanding with PLC system and Instrument is preferable. (Production)
- Expertise in MRP2, ERP and Inventory Management. (PPIC)
