Production Manager for Trailer Manufacturing Division
(Sumatera Utara – Medan)
Responsibilities:
- Make production schedule and follow up the schedule until delivery
- Develop a Standard Operational Procedure for the whole production process
- Oversee maintenance of workshop equipments,
- Conduct safety and production meetings weekly.
- Maintain strict adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- Generate monthly Production report to General Manager
- Achieve cost efficiency throughout whole production process
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Ironworking workshop
- Graduate with a minimum of 3.0 GPA Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Knowledge in using Autocad or SAP is a plus
- Work Location : Medan, North Sumatra
