One of Gunung Sewu group’s subsidiaries, PT Sepatu Mas Idaman (SEMASI) is a manufacturer of high quality male and female dress and casual shoes. It mainly caters to the specific requirements of huge international brand name shoe producers such as Rockport, Lacoste, etc. SEMASI’s production facility is located in Bogor, West Java.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:
Production Manager
(Jawa Barat – To be based in Sentul, Bogor)
Responsibilities:
- Plot, develop and control all activities related to production process.
- Ensure and monitor the production process based on PPIC schedule.
- Coordinate all activites based on SOP.
- Analyse and make improvement in production area.
- Coordinate within internal production department as well as related departments to ensure the smooth running of production.
- Delegate related tasks, monitor performance and motivate subordinates.
- Monitoring Production of KPI.
- Active in initiating continuos improvements to increase production performance.
- Responsible for production target achievements; ensure the output is of required quality.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing/production process
- Excellent command of leadership skill as well as mangement, negotiation and presentation skil.
- Preferably has experience in shoe industry
- Proficient in English.
- Proactive, goal oriented,
- Possesses strong strategic plotting and analytiical capabilities.
- Literate in Micrososft Office (excel, word, etc)
