Production Manager
(Jawa Timur – Surabaya)
Responsibilities:
- The primary function of this position is to manage the overall safe & efficient production of the manufacturing plant, prudent expense management, profit maximization and human assets management in a way that plant efficiencies, earnings and employees productivity are continuously improved.
- The incumbent will lead production team through Continuous Improvement and Operational Discipline, driving DuPont Core Values Excellence, satisfying internal & external Customers & operating its plants & contracted manufacturing & production plotting processes at competitive cost for the sustainable & profitable growth of Crop Protection Business.
Requirements:
- 8 –10 years experience in manufacturing and people management
- University degree in engineering, science or related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills to promote team building. Proficiency in spoken and written English communication.
- Able to motivate peoples and acts as coach and mentor.
- Possesses strong leadership and management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision & guidance.
- Brilliant computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Ability to represent the company with the local community, government, costumers, and contractors
