We, a leading multinational company producing performance materials sold to a broad range of manufacturers, are expanding new projects and seeking highly motivated person to join our dynamic team in Sidoarjo site by occupying of the following position:
Production Manager
(Jawa Timur – Sidoarjo)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the production processes, monitoring product standards, implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices, making sure that products are produced on time and are of excellent quality and optimizing resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years
- Knowledge and experience of Environment, Health and Safety, Lean Manufacture
- A team player who has strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and computer literate
