We are workshop and engineering services company in oil & gas, mining, petrochemical and general industries is looking for highly qualified candidates to join in our team for the position of :
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Requirements :
- Graduate S1 majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
- Will responsible for the plant manufacturing operations, improving operation productivity, efficiency and quality.
- Will responsible for plotting and determining production targets and ensure achievement of targets determined by the Company Objective
- Minimum have 5 years experience in controlling, operation and maintenance of equipment in Workshop Machinery.
- Familiar with Workshop Machinery like Lathe,Grinding,Milling,Welding & Thermal Spray.
- Experienced with ISO 9001 & 5R
- Strong leadership, excellent team work, plotting, straight, problem solving, shopfloor, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with hands-on management style in leading more than 300 production team members.
- Have skills in production management & cost estimation
- Quick learner is a must.
- Fivent in English & Computer literature.
