Secretary

Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, Attend meetings to record minutes, committees and boards of directors.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plot their distribution.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
Requirements:
- D3/S1 from Diploma in Secretary with minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
- Female, age max 27 years ancient
- Min 1-2 yrs experience has been working with government institution will be advantage
- Smart and excellent looking
- English Active TOEIC Score 600 up
- Excellent Attitude, hard working and a team player.
- Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must.
- Able to work independently as well as a team and High analytical skill
