Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, report and documents
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
- Implement and maintain office systems
- Maintain schedules and calendar
- Handle incoming mail and other material
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer and provide information
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
Requirements:
- Female, Minimum D3 Secretary or Bachelor Degree (S1) from all major
- Single, with max. 30 years ancient
- 1-2 years experience
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Excellent command in English both written and oral
- Communicative
- Able to handle preasure
- High integrity
- Willing to learn, hard working and honest
