Secretary To Director (SD)

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements
- Plotting, developing and implementing filing system for President Director so as to ensure simple access to required documents
- Coordinating and arranging President Director’s visitors and personal guests
- Concepting external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements
- Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
- Taking care of travel arrangement for President Director, both domestic and overseas trips
Requirements:
- Min. Associate Degree on Secretary with min. GPA 2,75; preferably from a reputable academy
- Female, single, max. 27 years ancient
- Have a excellent communication skill, well organized and highly accurate
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
- High integrity, honesty and trustworthy
