Our client is a new set-up paper manufacturing company belonged to a national reputable paper printed packaging group located in Surabaya. The manufacturing plant which is about to complete for commisioning is being set-up with advance technology and strong environmental principles. To support the progressive business operation, our client is seeking for a high calibre executive with sound business acumen to be part in the top position as :

SENIOR PLANT MANAGER

(Paper Industry)

Reporting directly to the President Director, the incumbent will be fully responsible for managing the overall manufacturing plant operation which includes production, engineering, power-plant, PPC, Logistic and others. He/she is to ensure the manufacturing operation in the effective productivity and best performance for company’s business profitability and sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Having at least 15 years experience in manufacturing industries with 3 years experience in senior position of production management, highly prefer of paper industry background
• Strong leadership with sound managerial competency and distinct internal drive for achievement
• Sound problem solver supported by strong analytical and conceptual skill
• Trustworthy along with positive attitude and fluent communication, either in Indonesia and English
• Willing to be located in Surabaya.
• Computer proficiency
• S1 Degree with age of 40-45 years ancient
