We have just promoted the 6th local General Manager, Utara Chidir and now is looking to opening another location in the 2nd quarter of this year.

A strong foundation is ready! The President Director is looking into inviting 5+ ambitious individuals to the Training Management Program to be developed to the General Management position.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful incumbent will be trained through a three-phase training program:

Marketing and Sales

  • To Conduct face to face marketing to respresent our clients to market their product and services
  • To maintain brilliant customer service and brand image
  • Domestic Travel is required

Training and Development

  • A leadership position, to manage an area.a team of 2-3 people for the Managing Director.
  • To help in recruiting and training of the company

Management and Operation

  • To ensure the marketing office operation runs smoothly
  • To help in clients project and to ensure the goal is hit by the marketing company
  • To overlook sales team and territory

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Ambitious and career oriented
  • Confident with face to face presentation and meeting new people
  • 5 Full-Time positions available.
