Business Centre Officer
(Banten – Kota Modern – Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
- Develop new commercial units in real estate management areas.
Maintain excellent relationship with tenants
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Able to make FS, IRR, NPV, and PV.
- Excellent communication in English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Business Development / Marketing in property / real estate management is required for this position.
- Willingness to work in Tangerang
- Full-Time positions available.
