Business Development (Sales Supervisor)

(Jakarta )

Requirements:

  • S1 ( Bachelor degree ) in any degree from reputable university
  • Male/ Female, 28-35 years ancient
  • Experience of leading small sales team / being a sales supervisor for more than 2 years
  • Proven records of increasing team target performance
  • Excellent command in English ( active and passive )
  • Leadership qualities and high Networking & presentation skill
  • Adept in using computer programs and softwares
  • Proven ability to make reports and suggest strategies to the senior management
  • Record of team and customer satisfaction
  • Target & Result oriented, Team player, and high integrity
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude
  • 12. Have own car preferable
  • 13. Experience in Food/Beverage or HORECA industry a high advantage
