Business Development Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Purpose:
- Implement or do the business development strategies/activities in respective global accounts in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources.
Job Description :
- Develop potential account related business
- Maintain and grow existing account(s)
- Conduct local and overseas sales visits/customer meetings and present company capabilities
- Identify and develop sales leads
- Conduct market profiling and customer/competitor research & analysis activities to know and identify market opportunities and challenges
- Implement effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth.
- Responsible for achieving business targets and KPIs for respective account(s)
- Define, monitor and enforce sales targets to the sales units
- Select and assigns key positions to reach targets
- Analyze costs and cost structure and develop improvement measurements and actions
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Min. Education Background S1 from any discipline
- Computer Literate
- Excellent command in English
- Minimum 3 years experiences in same position from Freight Forwarding or Logistic Company
- Have excellent competencies in Business Acumen, Customer Orientation, Shaping Direction, Commitment to Excel, Building and Leading Teams, Building and Managing Partnerships, Cross Border Thinking, Constructive Challenge.
- Placement will be in Cengkareng, Jakarta.
