Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Senior Business Development Manager
- To manage the Business Development process by coordinating activities of the BD analysts to generate proposals for the tender process.
- to support the development of high quality future management with a view to them filling operational or business development roles within the company
- to develop high caliber managers capable of developing and driving the business, thus securing and increasing our competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or equivalent.
