Channel Marketing Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent must ensure an effective and efficient selling activity within product knowledge and its availability in order to maintain company product development Plot, develop and do all product marketing activities in assigned territories.
- Develop and do partnership marketing programs to drive sales and increase the top of mind awareness of our products.
- Plot and develop a series of quarterly activities and promotions to support both the brand strategy as well as the achievement of budget revenue and contribution margin
- Work with BG Lead, and Marcoms to design, plot, develop and produce all communications strategies, activities, and retail merchandizing materials. Ensure brand consistency throughout the department’s marketing campaigns, retail merchandizing material and activities.
- Conduct strategic approach in plotting, marketing and delivery and made partners/channels retention and relationship programs.
- Build strong relationship with partners/channels and maintaining consistent communication with partners/channels regarding new products and promotion programs
- Assisting partners/channels in problem solving and Growing partner/channel’s business in the respective market.
Skills/Abilities:
- Track record of product or channel/trade marketing
- Product marketing and management
- Demonstrates Retailer/SB/Reseller familiarity
- Demonstrates product knowledge
- Adept at organizational agility
- Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Work Effectively with Others
- Team Player.
Requirements:
- Male / female.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Minimum have 3-5 years of sales experience in marketing and/or trade marketing dealing with consumer or IT products preferably in an MNC.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
- Strong Choice making skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems and awareness of the escalation process.
- Brilliant communication skills in English, both written and oral in order to present campaign information effectively and persuasively.
