Event Organizer

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the concept for training event, customer gathering and product launching.
- Do and monitor the events
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Reports to the Head of Marketing providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports.
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age between 25-30 years ancient
- Minimum undergraduate (S1) degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling event organizer execution
- Creative and motivated, target oriented, service oriented, persistent, & a skilled negotiator
- Brilliant written & oral communication skills in both Bahasa & English
- Handles stressful situations & deadline pressures well
- High level of initiative & work well in a team environment
- Plans & carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
