Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment and training activities
- Manages the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Age 25 – 35 years ancient
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- HR Competencies, Manpower Budgeting Plotting.
- Leadership, Organizational Development, Personnel Administration
- Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with salary survey, job analysis & evaluation, and remuneration administration
- Have Excellent understanding about Human Resources Competencies
- Mature and easygoing characteristic, adaptif and focus to HR aspect
- Have experience in People Development issues
- Familiar with Labor Law and Regulation
