Lean Manager
(Jawa Barat – Cikarang)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a continuous improvement culture within the organization
- Implementing Lean principles and concepts throughout the value chain
- Set up an introductory of Lean Concept and set up the lean champion
- Help value stream design which will identify area of improvement in the business
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Technical/Engineering/ Supply Chain management/Economic management/production
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- English both oral & written
- Have Black Belt certification and at least 3 successful projects in implementing lean management
- Certified in management systems i.e.: Six sigma, Kaizen, Lean etc
- Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong in interpersonal and excellent in communication skill
- To be station in Cikarang DC
