Our client is a publicly listed group with focused business in general property development. Its subsidiary is developing a prestigious residential project in West Jakarta and requires the immediate services of a:
Marketing Manager – Residential
(Jakarta)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- The candidate should have gained strong work foundation in all key areas of HR such as Recruitment,Training & Development, ComBen, Personnel Administration, and Industrial Relations.
- Has HR Generalist orientation; has strong strategic thinking; ability to do strategic plans and strategies that he developed.
- Strong ability in managing large work-force both permanent and temporary; can introduce and implement change management and build new corporate culture.
