AEON Credit Service Indonesia is the subsidiary of AEON Credit Service Co., Ltd., a leading multinational finance company in Asian region, which provides financial services including but not limited to consumer finance, credit card, personal loan, insurance, and banking. The parent Company and its subsidiaries listed at respective stock exchange in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia.
In Indonesia, we have started our operation since 2006, and currently we are providing consumer finance for electronic, home appliance, furniture, music instrument, PC, and mobile phone. Currently we affiliated with more than 1500 merchants, including Electronic City, BEST Denki, Yamaha Music Dealers, Bhinneka.com and many others.
We are expanding the operations both for existing and new businesses, and we want to welcome leaders and young professionals to join our team to expand the company in following position:
Marketing Supervisor (1011-003)
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual budget of sales volume and promotion expense
- Make plotting for yearly, monthly, weekly and daily marketing activities
- Control promotion expense to meet budget
- Plot and implement sales promotion to achieve sales target
- Prepare promotion material
- Analyze sales achievement and plot countermeasure
- Expand merchant network
- Prepare working schedule for marketing department
- Calculating promoters salary
- Give training for department staff
- Report to manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any majors
- max 35 years ancient
- 3 years experience in marketing, in Japanese company will be an advantage
- Excellent command in English
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Able to train and develop Marketing Staff and Promoters
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
