We are currently looking for dynamic and suitable candidates for the following positions:

Marketing Team Leader

(Jakarta, Sumatera, Bali)

Responsibilities:

  • To buy New to Bank customers for the Bank and represent Rabobank in dealing with premium segment customers and ensure the productivity level of the team.

Requirements:

  • Hold minimum a bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Has at least 3 years working experience in managing team especially sales team, preferably in banking institution
  • Excellent leadership style
  • Pleasant personality and able to manage a excellent relationship
  • Able to use Microsoft office application
  • Posses brilliant communication in English with excellent presentation skills (other foreign language will be a plus factor)
  • Excellent integrity with professional attitude
