Operation Director Leading Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare Distribution Company

Responsibilities:
- Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage the country operations, sales, logistics functions in order to deliver high level of organizational effectiveness through providing business support and to ensure the achievement of company business objectives.
- Manage strategic business relationship with all the Principal both the group as well as non-group principals in order to enable effective management choice making and to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Direct and coordinate all branches across the country.
- Set-up and place-up a system in place and manage all the logistics, transportation, warehouse and delivery process in order to ensure on-time delivery in full.
- Manage all the promotion plotting in coordination with all Principals both for the consumer goods, healthcare, medical devices, as well as pharmaceuticals companies
Requirements:
- Requirements & profile of successful candidates :
- Indonesian, Male / Female, 38 – 45, Master Degree (S-2) in Business Management or at least bachelor Degree in Business management, experienced with pharmaceutical & healthcare products including quick moving consumer goods distribution company with over 30 Branches across Indonesia.
- Currently is holding Operation Director’s position for the past 10 years with TOP 10 National or Multinational Distribution Companies for pharmaceutical, healthcare products including quick moving consumer goods.
- Deep and hands-on MNC/ Leading National Distribution companies experience in all aspects of Branches operations, sales, logistics and people management.
- Thorough knowledge of company’s sales & distribution policy and practices for both ethical as well as over the counter healthcare products, high level of knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory practices in both Jakarta as well as provincial coverage.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with plotting and reporting system as well as control of finance, inventory, and collection of account receivables.
- Mature, confident, simple to adapt in new and multicultural & multidiscipline working environments.
- Fluency in English both oral and written is essential. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage but not an essential requirement.
- A self-starter, ability to lead by example, mature, brilliant team-player, supported with strong interpersonal communication skills.ul>
