Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline and or equivalent with at least 5 (five) years of experience as Manager or General Manager in retail restaurant, or hospitality business
- Experienced in managing staff to achieve business targets and to inspire strong culture and workplace morale
- Highly motivated with a fantastic business judgement
- Hard working and able to work under pressure
- Able to maintain and control all aspects of the operation area
- Excellent analytical and communication skill
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to know English
