Due to its expansion program in Indonesia, the company is looking for a suitable qualified candidate to fill the position of Product Development Executive or Manager for the Heavy Equipment Replacement Parts Division.
Product Development Manager
(Banten)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and execution of product developments strategies of the company. This involves developing necessary policies in sales & marketing teams, building up strategies to achieve targeted sales and relationship management with new and existing clients.
- To identify or develop new products, organize or carry out product presentation and promotional activities professionally and efficiently.
- To undertake research of the industry to strengthen the company position in the industry and evaluate new business opportunities for company growth.
- To expand existing market base and customers base for all the Company’s products.
- To train, lead, guide and motivate the marketing staff to achieve the individual and company’s sales targets.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
- Possess at least 6 – 8 years of relevant working experience in Marketing in the heavy equipment industry with brilliant track record.
- Possess strong leadership skills, analytical skills and result-oriented.
- Possess brilliant presentation, interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Retired person from major Heavy Equipment companies are encouraged to apply.
