PRODUCT SPECIALIST
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the product development process, support in doing the market analysis, prepare marketing needs and collateral, and provide necessary support in product launching event and socialization.
- To analyze and identify potential customer’s opportunity in the market in term of product development, keep informed of any competing products on the market.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic plotting to tactical activities
- Development comprehensive training material and brochure for every product and fund launch
- Liaise and work closely with various units, including underwriting, actuary, marketing communication, legal, operations, IT, Investment and finance.
- Presenting product knowledge training to Deployment and Training Team
- Arrange programs/events: new product launch, investment update and client gathering with ability to work independently.
- Having a ‘hands-on’ approach to problem solving and managing tight deadlines
- Brilliant interpersonal skills,
- Strong organizational,
- Team-work focus, analytical and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in Product Development/Insurance industry
- Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) or LOMA or AMAI
- Excellent communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Computer literally (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point)
