Promotion & Event Assistant Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing event requested by end user and maintain a excellent communication with end user or 3rd party
- Responsible to support implementation of contest for Distribution Channels in order to achieve sales target
- Coordinate event from concept to implementation, budget monitoring and liaise with end user or 3rd party
- Supervise team member to work effective & efficiently
- Making Contest/Promotion to increase sales and analyze the result in line with approved annual budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any major with minimum 4 years experience in event management and direct experience in insurance industry especially in contest
- Brilliant communication and management skill
- Having the ability of making promotion & event concept, conducting until implementing
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Able to work in minimum supervision and have initiative and independent
