We are seeking spirited and committed individuals to join us for the position of:
Sales Department Manager (SAL-DM)
(Jakarta )
Responsibilities:
- Setting sales targets for sales account managers, sales engineers and sales team as a whole, according to company guidelines.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Reporting back to sales director.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- In some jobs you may also be involved with marketing.
Requirements:
- Hold S1/S2 or Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil) or Master of Business Administration
- Minimum 5 – 10 years in similar responsibilities
- Brilliant sales and negotiation skills, Brilliant communication and ‘people skills’, Excellent plotting and organizational skills
- Excellent IT, budget and report writing skills, Excellent command of English, verbal and written
- Excellent business sense, Initiative and enthusiasm, The ability to work calmly under pressure, The ability to motivate and lead a team
