Kesaint Blanc is leading publisher in bringing out a fantastic number of foreign languages books in Indonesia since 1979. We are proud to accommodate Indonesian people in term of learning world well-known langages by presenting attractive, applicative and practical books, cassettes, CD and VCD.
To keep up-to-date with the current trend, Kesaint Blanc is offering a more fun and simple way to learn english. This year Kesaint Blanc is partnering up with an International Publishing Company that specialised in english learning magazine to launch “Hot English” magazine in Indonesia that is yet the best English Learning Magazine around. Therefore, we are looking for someone that can join us on this exciting new venture:
Sales / Marketing Manager
(Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Implements the sales/ marketing strategy in line with the overall business plot of this magazine
- Responsible for ads placement within the magazine
- Provides leadership, direction and guidance to the sales operation and coaches the management team in developing strong leadership skills
- Reviews the sales processes and procedures and ensures consistency of approach across the magazine
- Communicates a clear message to motivate and enhance performance from the team
- Understands the marketplace and identify opportunities for future growth, developing relationships with key customers
- Contributes to the strategic development of the products
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate
- Experience in a similar role within the Magazine industry is a must
- Driven and goal oriented
- Self motivated and creative
- Strong presentation, persuassion and marketing skills
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the sales or marketing division.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Job role in Marketing Executive or Business Development.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
